Perry's Cafe was opened by Greek immigrants, Constantine "Costas" and Margaret Georgakopoulos. It was Costas' dream to create a diverse menu that offers Italian and Mexican breakfasts along with the traditional breakfast fare and serve it in large portions. He was one of the first restaurateurs in San Diego to offer 11 different types of frittatas on his breakfast menu. It was not long before Perry's Cafe established a reputation for serving great food and great portions at reasonable prices.
